A University of Victoria Bachelor of Commerce graduate in Entrepreneurship, Derrick has an eye for business development, sales & marketing, process refinement and cost benefit analysis. With a strong background in project estimation, his focus is geared towards project management and business development. His analytical strengths and clarity of perspective provide a fresh voice and energy to the team.
Helmut’s real estate career has spanned a period of 40 years in Metro Vancouver. Upon completing his Bachelor of Commerce Degree at the University of British Columbia, Helmut started his career as a licensed commercial realtor with a national real estate group in 1973, managing the Commercial/Industrial Brokerage Division. In 1988, he became the founding partner of a development company involved in residential and commercial developments. As an Investor Relations Partner, Helmut’s relationship building skills and leadership experience are greatly respected and utilized.
Ray brings over 35 years of experience in banking, information technology and real estate investment sales to the team. He obtained a Diploma of Marketing from the British Columbia Institute of Technology and completed the Real Estate Licensing Program at the University of British Columbia. Ray has built a large investor clientele based on trust, expertise and reliability. His entrepreneurial approach and strong work ethic bring a strong sense of commitment and attention to detail to the team.
